How often do you ship?
Cody Alice ships Monday through Friday. Standard orders are typically processed (printed, packaged, etc) and shipped within 3–5 business days.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Shipments are done via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Do you offer tracking for shipments?
Yes! Cody Alice will send an e-mail with the tracking numbers for all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Cody Alice only ships within the United States, but look forward to International Shipping in the near future!
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cody Alice accepts payments made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Cody Alice also accepts gift and prepaid cards of the accepted payment types.
Do you charge sales tax?
By law, Missouri residents are required to pay 6.975% sales tax on all purchases.
Can I get a refund for my purchase or exchange products?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact Cody Alice within 5 working days of receiving your package. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What if my product is defective?
Your satisfaction is important to Cody Alice and every effort will be made to ensure that your purchase arrives in good condition; however, please understand that once a package is collected, responsibility cannot be held for lost or damaged products.
Please note that with digitally printed orders, papers and inks can vary slightly from batch to batch.
Do you provide gift wrap?
Sorry, but Cody Alice cannot provide gift wrap at this time.
Can I get expedited shipping or insurance for an additional charge?
Yes, for an additional cost Cody Alice will provide expedited shipping or insurance. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before you make your purchase for more information.
